Miami Design is surely known for it’s concentration on modern and contemporary interiors. To the average interior design lover this typically means white walls, furniture with sleek lines and materials like metal, stainless steel and concrete. But as the Miami Design scene continues to grow and develop, we are seeing (and producing) pieces for a warmer and multi-use material demand! This is great for us at Rotsen Furniture because most of the custom furniture pieces that we design are created with the base of recycled wood and later accented with special finishes, such as glass, acrylic and metals.
This week, Dering hall has featured us again, as one of the “16 Wood Product Brands Every Designer Should Know” and we are so honored (again!) Seriously, we love you Dering Hall! At Rotsen Furniture, we work closely with local Miami design professionals such as interior designers, decorators and commercial property managers to incorporate special pieces into their designs. We love to focus on wood for many reasons: it’s warm, inviting and cozy, it’s a great way to incorporate a touch of nature into an inside design and it’s an eco-friendly solution that helps to preserve the environment while also benefiting a well-thought out design.
